Default talk about close calls!

Ok, so here i am sitting at the light yesterday on the way home in the rain....all of a sudden i hear tires skidding and look out my side window and see a red bmw heading towards me out of control....i can see these two guys inside going oh sh*t!!

so, i brace for the impact as the bmw is sliding closer and closer...then he stops right against my left front fender [at least that is what i thought ]

so i sit there cursing under my breath thinking how my xB is now damaged and these two guys are sittin' there freaked out....i rolled the window down and looked out and saw i could open the door, so i got out to look....

i could not believe it! the guys bumper was barely touching my left front tire with a 1/4 inch gap between the bumper and the body.....any harder and i would have had body damage....so i tell the guy to pull over so i can make sure it is Ok and i pull across the street....i look up and he is making a quick left and taking off....there was too much traffic to get turned around in time to catch him so i took a look and saw that everything looked good....not even a mark on the tire.....heh he, lucky me...

i realize after i got home last night how lucky i was cause i could have been sitting there with a dented box, but just got a scare instead.....

First thing to do is always get the plate number. Glad nothing happened to your car and more importantly, you

Always, always, always get the plate number before you look for damage on the car. Write it down on you hand if you have to. I had a hit and run once, and it saved me from paying for the repairs myself.

Whattaya say if on Saturday we get a posse of Exposed attendees (I think there will be a few Scion owners there ) to go on a douche bimmer hunt! :D

I'm glad you are ok and that you have a pretty blessed xB to not get any damage from last night...
