Thinking of selling xB.....Need advice
Well i've owned my box for just over 2 years now and i feel that i've gone about as far as it can go with it. I'm toying with the idea of selling it in favor of something a bit faster either a Chrysler conquest, 2nd gen Supra, or a Fiero. What i need advice with is what has a better chance of returning more money. Parting it out....i.e. Lambo doors, leather/suede int., rims, 13 screens and so on......or should i just try and sell it straight out as it sits? Tell me whatcha think?????
I want those Unknowns.... But I'm poor. So if you want, you can donate to the
"ken needs a new job but really wants some Konig Rims" FUND.
Ok, so it MAY not be a real charity.... but hey... it'll make your feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
... well... probably not. lol
BACK TO TOPIC:
Personally I would put the thing on EBAY for a price you'd be really satisfied with. Get it done right, with an extensive list of modifications, a price list for all modifications, a retarded amount of pictures, and trophies it's won/car shows it's been in... and if it sells, Awesome. If it doesn't... part it out... but you never know if you don't try.

I have to admit, the Diablo conversion is pretty cool. I dont know what kit that yellow one is bit it's nice. I have seen some pretty ugly kit conversions out there. I have owned a couple Pontiacs and can tell you that they do lack quality, as do most mid to late 80's GM cars and trucks. GM has come a long way since then.
Return the car to stock and sell the aftermarket parts. You stand a better chance of getting more $ out of it that way. In my experience, some buyers tend to shy away from a modded car, thinking that it was "raced" or abused.
ok, the Fiero thing has me laughing. my fiance's brother in law has like 7 or 8 of them , in which only 3 or 4 are in running condition. we make fun of him all the time for having those heaps laying around, but he likes them aparantly. gives him that DRIVING EXCITEMENT .... but seriously.... box or fiero??

In 1985 I wanted either a Fiero or a MR 2. I went to the Pontiac dealer and asked if they had a manual Fiero--no way--they said they did not come manual. I said what kind of a sports car is this?? I went to the the Toyota dealer and bought my first Toyota--a red MR2. To be honest, I got tons more questions about the MR 2 than I have ever gotten on the box. Anyway--I have NEVER heard a good thing about the Fiero.........
i didn't mean to sound negative in my above comment, it's just a funny subject w/ my fiance's brother in law.... he's such a tool anyway, and on top of it, he collects broken down Fiero's! haha
but the above picture of the xB w/ those Koeing rims is sweet ... my neighbor has those rims on his Cavelier .... one day he might find a set of stock 15 inch Scion Hubcap covering steelies on his _____ when i move out! haha
