That *is* a clean body kit. Maybe Scion ought to consider using the Kenstyle trim as stock...

Good eye! I completely missed that. Having said that, I wouldn't mind if the body kit was also missing the fins. Too garish for my tastes...

I dont know about the availability of the muffler stateside yet but judging from the kenstyle website (since i can't read japanese either) that muffler costs about 38,000 yen (~ $380 US). I would buy that in a heartbeat, no welding just straight bolt on.

Kenstyle kit is sooooooo clean.

Hopefully within the next few days I will be the proud owner of one of those kits.

If anyone has interest in a Kenstyle xB or xA kit....hit me up because I going to be trying to convince them to import them for us bB wannabe's :D

I belive that those fins are called "windsplits". The supposedly reduce the spillage of air from the hood down the fenders, which in turn increases downforce on the body.

Whether this effect occurs on our boxes is rather dubious.

if everycar came with a kenstyle kit. u'll get what we have now..
everyone has that oem lip going on. in japan, im not sure about
now but before the xB was released, they had the lowest line bB's
not even have a lip all around, it had some plastic thing that curved in..
kinda like what most cars have. but it was UGLY,. lets be thankful for
what t hey already gave us. if kenstyle kit came standard.. ANYTHING else
besides kenstyle would be.. "AWESOME". our stock
kits are already ground effect enuff to me.. hehe

I don't think it would look nice when it's bright out and your in the city during traffic...picture that situation instead of the shade and trees. So I don't feel the body kit, never have cuz it's a little too plain for me.

And that muffler look so nice. Id get that tip in a heartbeat if it was available

Default What's the "hot lava"?

Is that the same as the new xB Orange Metallic package coming out?
