I was down in Richmond this week for a Scion video shoot and while my car was in the studio I decided to take some still pics as well. Man am I glad I did! I still dont believe this is my car....

Its really all about the lighting. Dramatic lighting is the key to any good picture no matter what the subject. Thats why sunset pics are so hot....

 

Anybody in the area mid atlantic region interested in maybe renting a studio for a day to get some quality pics? After getting these pics I thought it might be a good idea...

^^^Yeah, I had very limited time in the studio and thats how it was setup for the video shoot. We werent there for still pics at all. We just happen to take a lunch break while my car was in there so I had time to take some. If there was time I would have taken stuff from every angle. I wasnt paying for the studio time so I just did what I was told...

 

Whats that on the mirror? Is that one of those four-pane wide angle doo-dads?

 

I have a broadway mirror cover on there. I forgot to take it off for the shoot but whatever. That thing is amazing for driving on highways when you have to change lanes. I can literally see out of every window in the car....
