Default Virus Warning!! Downloader Virus...

(Sorry for the double thread posting)
But, I want to disseminate the Virus warning to as much people as possible
found on thread:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...233400#3233400

Virus Warning!!

DO NOT click on
>extremedimensions.com/8992.html

My Norton AntiVirus came up with
the Downloader virus message Big Time.
The NAV Blocked it.

Get the Latest Virus Definition Update
and Run a Full Virus Scan if you been to that Site.

They want more than just stealing your photos

MR LUV
Just looking out for my fellow Scion Owners

I Alerted SL Staff Saturday morning and will let them
handle it. Probably won't hear anything until next week.
I think the OP does not even know that his Link to an
example Site contained a Virus. Kinda makes sense to me
if a Site is unscrulpulous to rip off your photo they may
try and rip off your privacy with a Trojan Horse virus.
I just had someone else report that they did not get a warning.
It's possible that whoever is behind this caught wind of the
virus warning and has dropped/fixed the problem.

I just visit the site and did not pick it up this time.
I wanted to post a warning in case others did not have their
virus definitions up to date. Better be safe than sorry.

Are any of you picking it up now?
How it gets fixed sooner or later.

The last time I had to worry about a Mac virus was when I was in college and their computer rooms picked up stuff from students.

You know, I have Cyberdefender and it tells me anytime I hit a site that has bad stuff on it. It works great! I feel very secure surfing the net knowing that I am covered.

This really didn't need to get bumped, especially not with a super spammy post.
