VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor): Where is this wire (Cruise)?

Need to install a cruise control on my xB. Does anyone know where the VSS (Vehicle Control Sensor) wire is on this car?

There's a speed sense wire on the back of the fuse box in an 18 pin plug. I believe that is the wire you need.
