Default WeatherTech xB Stone/Bug Deflector

WeatherTech Adhesive tape though (I prefer the screw method), price is $69.95 after shipping.

EDIT 09/05/04...after about two months, i took mine off. It is okay but the windnoise is abit unbearable at times. More importantly, I think more rocks and bugs are hitting the windshield than before. At least I could here and see stuff hitting the windshield more often. Buy at your own risk.

Default What about a bra?

Wouldn't a full-frontal black bra actually look cool on an Xb? I would never consider it for the miata but for this thing... it would give kinda an S&M look

I have a full bra on my Xb that I use when I'm taking long highway trips. It really helps stop all the little rock chips that happen on the highway.

great find on the bra i'll order the carbon fiber one with the mirror covers. the rural area i live in has alot of trucks and gravel/sand .It plays hell on the front end paint and by ther looks of this bra it should fit snug enough to not scuff the paint. thanks much

Can you go through a car wash with the weather tech stone reflector screwed on? Or, do you have to remove it first?

I called WeatherTech and it doesn't come off. It's stuck on with 3m adhesive tape. Other than that it does look really tight. But I don't want to put on a bug deflector I can't remove and put back on.

OK, if the bug deflector has to be all of the time should I consider a bra? That can be taken off and on .

Yeah, a bra would be best or wait for Lund's bugdeflector. Hopefully that one will use screws for the existing holes on the xB.

be careful with the bras. they tend to rub the paint on the top edge. they also hold any dirt that may get in and scratch the paint.

No doubt about that, I got a LeBra for my XB when I took a trip to Florida but once you hit 60MPH it started banging like crazy against the top, we had to use some packaging tape to secure it underneath the hood!!

I think that the Colgan Custom bra, the T-style one, would be better and wouldn't rub or flap at high speeds...

Someone has posted the Lund bugshield part number in another post and I will be calling to see my price on it tomorrow. I am more than likely getting the ventvisors by Lund for people for $70 shipped.
