The lease ran out on my 2000 Echo. Got a lot of "is that the umm you know the ummm..." No its not a hybrid, that's the Prius... Instruments in the center, lots of headroom, especially in back...I was prepping myself for the box and didn't even know it.

'89 Mustang, 2.3L which had 88 horses 150,000 miles ago. That car was a pile. Will not own a Ford again.

Traded my 2003 Dodge Ram SWB. Kept the supercharged, heavily modified '96 Miata for pretty days.

2003 Mazda Protege 5. 11,000 miles. Excellent shape with 18" wheels. Traded straight across. Miss the sunroof and cruise control (I was told by salesperson that my Box had it...and of course I signed paperwork and drove home w/o cruise.) If drive was not 500 miles, would have done something about it...0h well. Love the box for what it is...cool looking echo...

I wouldn't judge ford now based on what they did in '89. My brother's 2003 Cobra is a beast... of course it's modded but hey, he has more money than me.

The fact that everything broke on that thing is what makes me dislike Ford, not the fact that they put out a Mustang with a four banger. Not just mechanical engine stuff failed either, both door handles, both front seats, horn, cruise, radio, console lid, you know, just the basics you use every day. I could also write a book about what went wrong under the hood, but I don't have that kind of time.

Heh... you don't have to tell me that, I had a '91 LX 5.0 if you read my first post. Fun car but man it always needed something.

We tried to trade in our '93 Suzuki Swift sedan with 145,000 miles on it. They offered $1.00.

It's going on eBay after the holidays... I'm sure I'll get maybe $500 for it (we only paid $1,000, so that would be a decent return).

i traded in my beat to hell 2000 subaru 2.5RS with 47,000miles on it. It needed about 6k worth of body work to it, if not more. I was glad to get rid of it.

I still have my other subaru thought

i traded in my 96 chevy silverado. had about 120,000 miles on her. airconditioning did not work, wipers woked when they wanted to, paint was peeling (typical chevy paint job)big dent on the door

was running out of room for my kids in the back. totally love the xB. air works, wiper kick a$$ paint looks awesome no dents great gas mileage and plenty of room for the kids
