What "deal" did you get on your Scion?
In july 2012 paid $6,000 for a very clean '05 xB with new tires and 28 Scion dealer 'routine services' in the book. 150K on the odometer. One-owner, clean carfax. Bought it based on that carfax & that she was serviced so many times at the dealer. 150K miles was more than we liked, but....so far so good. Gets 33.2 MPG, uses no oil in daily 60 mile commute to my son's college. I love the goofy thing----fits my 6'3", 275 lb frame like nothing has since my old VW Bus. Wish Toyota had never changed them. Will only look for a 1st gen. xB when I get ready to buy one.
Got my '05 polar white xB brand new in Sept '04. Still have the window sticker.
Total OTD $14,669 cash (rear spoiler only option I added)
66,018 miles on ODO currently, Still looks new, although when I waxed it for the first time this year, I spotted a very small bubble of rust on the front drivers fender. (It's my DD and it gets used every Wisconsin winter)
Still love it after 10 years. .....I'll do another 10 I figure

Bough mine as a roller, needed a new engine, for $2,200. Bought an engine out of a totaled '06 with just over 11,000 miles on it, carfax verified.
I've done lots of things to it since putting the engine in, most I would have done anyway. Basically I've doubled my original investment replacing bushings, shocks, struts, etc. But now I've virtually got a new xB, so still consider myself way ahead of the game since I completed an extreme learning curve getting to know my Box in the process. Easiest car to work on I've ever owned by far.

Picked mine up at an auction for $4k with minor cosmetic damage. Nothing to crazy and the interior was in good condition. Super cold A/C and great gas mileage and for what its used for its a great little car. Will be fixing the the cosmetic stuff and some required maintenance and it should be as good as new.
Cant go wrong with a xB daily for $4k lol.

got a 2015 TC with floor mats, fog lights and the cargo cover, for $19580.00 brand new. I then purchased an extended warranty for $1250.00 for 100,000 miles. If I had time I would have been able to reduce the price a little more.
I bought my 2013 in Nov 2014 with 19,000 miles for $14,500. It has rain guards, upgraded wheels, front and back tint, upgraded floor and rear mats and a warranty. I thought it was a pretty good deal considering XBS are super popular in Hawaii.
Just bought my 05 XB it was a one owner car all maint records thru Toyota/Scion dealer where i work at clean car fax and only had 18000 miles. Was garage kept by retired couple since they bought it with 13 miles. Got it for $5500
