I was driving:

87 Porsche 924S
87 SAAB 900 Turbo
87 SAAB 9000 Turbo S
74 Porsche 914

One SAAB was totaled, one SAAB was stolen.
Both the Porsches are semi-retired till I figure out what to
do with them. I'm thinking about selling the 924S to finish
restoring the 914.

You guys have some really nice cars by the way!

Still have a 2003 Saab wagon which I don't drive as much now that I put most of the miles on the gas sippin' box. The Saab is nice for haulin' the family on longer trips, but feels like overkill on short trips. The xB is really fun to drive!

We also still have a 2000 Volvo V40 wagon (we obviously like wagons or xB's that resemble wagons..) It's sportier than the Saab, but not as roomy as the Saab or the xB. My daughter drives this car. She likes the xB, but doesn't know how to drive a stick. For some reason, I'm in no hurry to teach her!

Teach the poor girl!

The xB is seriously one of the EASIEST car's to learn to drive a stick on! The clutch is as light as a feather, and ya barely have to give it gas to get movin!

I just wish i had this car to learn on when i was in the process of learning! Try learning on a C5 corvette and an 03 mustang mach 1 !!!

Technically the xB is classified as a wagon...but yeah,
I find wagons more useful then SUV.

I still like calling the xB a UUV (Urban Utility Vehicle)

Teach the poor girl!

If I do, she'll be out of the garage and down the road faster than you can say xB!

Definitely easy to learn on!

I tried learning on a 91 VW GTI, a Colt Vista, and my man's 92 Toyota Corolla... I could NOT get the hang of it. As soon as I got behind the wheel of the xB I was practically a master shifter lol
