Default What would you do if...

if you were sponsored right here today with all parts totalling up to 12k on your XB...

what would you do??

its a thing to ponder...if money wasnt a problem for parts would you climb the modified tower towards the lofty heavens?? or stay conservative??

I would go for it but I think I would try and keep the outside plain with just a nice set of chrome wheels ans spacers to make the wheels flush with the well and lower it. The rest would be interior and engine related for me.

Full leather Katskins interior, TRD turbo kit (if that is actually real), some crazy JDM bodykit (Noblesse?), SSR wheels, Blitz exhaust, 4 wheel disc conversion, OEM Matrix nav system. Is that about 12k?

I would also go for the sleeper look.
Turbo kit, nice sound system, chrome rims, and lowering springs. I wouldn't touch the limited interior, heh, although I probably would add a bunch of neon to light up the floor.

Well yea. I wouldn't fudge up my lava interior seats, just like monitors and gaming consoles, custom dash kit, navigation, etc, etc

Power enterprise s/c and cam con, remove grey scion decals and re-paint BOP, shave side markers and side turn signals, CF spoiler, 16'' rims (probably enkei) or 17'' rims (Jline or veilside), light weight crank pulley, new performance belts, new spark plugs, progress sway bars, Jic coilovers..

Interior would probably consist of PSI gauges, a real temp gauge rather than the light temp, simple interior like two Bride racing seats, swap all interior speakers for audiobahn, 2 10 or 1 12'' audiobahn sub, custom rear passenger door panels with audiobahns, and that would probably be it. Maybe a navigation system or something, at least a touch screen head vs. the stock head unit... But no tv in head rest thing, not my style...

Yeah...i've thought about it once or twice, its all on my to do list.. Most probably won't happen without help of a company... I'd do shows and promotion, all year long. Especially show season.. *sigh* lol

Anyway, i went on too long...Cya

I am not into doing a whole bunch of vinyl stuff on the outside of my car so I would have to think hard about it.Sponsers usually require that you have their name on at least three sides of your car and 12k worth of stuff would be a lot of names.

I'd redo my interior with tribal designs into the seats...possibly a silver and black theme since its already kinda in there. re-do my graphics...airbrush or pay an artist to recreate the same vinyls but their style and place them on in simlar fashion...Ken Style body Kit Urban...engine mods, doors, already have custom sound system so i dont need that...Tein adjustible coilovers....and other things i'm still contimplating...aside from the bodykit maybe try to make it a wide body like the pioneer slightly....i'd definately want an aggressive look in the end

I would unleash the evil thoughts that run through my mind .... Show the world a thing or two about custom modifications ... sit atop the custom world until I felt others were getting to close, then ask my sponsors for another chunk of change in order to raise the custom bar even higher ...

Until then ... baby steps and happy thoughts ...

hmmmm... I would chop the back and put an insulated soft slant top back there. have a split door tailgate. make the rear seats quick release removable with flush mount brackets. sleeve/port the engine. steel header. new rings and pistons. metal head gasket. turbo. fuel rails. CAI header. exhaust.... umm..... i'm getting far beyond 12k huh? oh well. a guy can dream, right?

I would fully build the engine... sleeves, balanced crank, pistons, rods, headwork, etc... then make a custom turbo it... top mount EL manifold, GT28RS, 3" downpipe, bar and plate FMIC...

That's probably more than 12k, but if I did all the engine building myself I could probably pull it off.
