Default what's up

I'm new to this site and I'm thinking about getting the xA soon. I haven't tested one yet but I was wondering what everyone here thinks about it's stock performance. I'm planing to keep it close to stock when I get one because it's gonna be my daily driver so I can set up my crx for racing. Thanks in advance to all replies.

There only drawback I see to the xA is there's not a lot of cargo room. It handles great, seems to me to have good pickup, fun to drive and the price is great. Got one a month ago, and had to get my wife one last week too.

No offense to any xA owners, but between the xA and the xB, the interior is like night and day! I used to have an Echo so I thought that I wouldn't mind the xA. Well I went and sat inside one the other day, that thing is small! There is wayyyy more room inside the xB, felt more comfortable, especially the back.

Just my opinion. :D But definitely sit in both before setting your heart on one, that's what I would say.

I'm not concerned about how small the xA is. After all I am coming from a 90 crx si. The xA is a monster in size compaired to that. I'm one of those people who is more concerned about performance then how much stuff I can put in it. I'm not a fan of the box shape either. Thanks for all your replies and opinions.

Don't let the Xb people sway you toward the dark side. I drove both, I prefer the Xa for the quick handling and better acceleration. I've had mine for 3 months.

Throw on some Eibach springs and some 17x7 wheels with 215/45 tires and it's even better for not much $$.

I mean, I'm only 5'5 and I felt cramped. Maybe the seat was pushed too forward, but then again it would make the back even more cramped if I fixed the seat. I might sit in one again, but it's xB all the way for me. Unless I can get some affordable insurance for the tC

Cramped at 5'5"?? I'm 6'3" (and not thin) and I fit fine. I don't sit in the back though. My daughters are 5'7" and don't complain about leg room in back but we have not done a road trip in it either....that's what the family minivan is for!

I'm not trying to put it down or anything. It may have been because I had just been in a "slightly" larger feeling sedan (Tercel). I was just saying he should test drive both. Because what really matters is if he likes it or not.
