Default Where can I buy Carbon Fiber C Pillars?

It seems all the carbon fiber pillar kits only cover the B pillar. What about the C pillar? Gotta have that, too, and it needs to match the B pillars.

This is the only kit I have found so far that has both B & C pillars:

http://www.benevento4you.com/Outside...BVEXT-0054.gif

Not sure about price but looks to be $250 to $350, if you can figure out the price codes.

So are there any more out there? I googled it and came up with nothing but the above. I have seen XAs with the C pillar covered. Where do you buy em?

I just got mine in the mail yesterday from Conecelli Scion for my xB and it come with 6 pieces. The 4 for the middle of the doors and 2 little skinny ones for the back doors. I don't know if the kit is different for the xA though.

Well, it's the oddest thing, but the ads for the XA pillars specifically say they are for the B pillars, and the photos are of only the B pillars. So I called up one of the dealers and they checked. Said it only covered the B pillars. That's just retarded.

I saw an XA at Longo which had all 3 covered, both Bs and the C, but I don't remember who it was.

scifire - check out allscion.com, they have the same kits you noted for about $100 less. you can get all three pillars covered with "real carbon fiber" of your color choice (+ a fuel cover) for about $250. i'll likely order mine later this week and will report on how they look once i get them.

Ok, Joe. Adrian told me to find Gary at the San Diego BBQ to see if he makes em.

Nilo thinks we might get a Scion Evo discount with Benevento. I emailed them to ask about their price codes, but they haven't responded. Thanks for the suggestions!

I looked at allscion.com and they are selling the Benevento kits. But... they don't look like real carbon fiber. Am I wrong on that? It looks like that Water Transfer Printing stuff...

yes, allscion is selling the benevento kits, but at a lower price. they apparently have two levels of pillars "carbon fiber look" which is NOT real CF, and "carbon fiber" )code price C) which IS the real stuff. the difference is about $100. i ordered mine today and was told that they would ship from benevento in a couple days.

Thank you for clearing that up. I am getting a body kit this weekend, so I am going to postpone the pillars for a little bit. They look so good, though. Can't wait to order some of the real CF ones.

Scionic is selling me a Kenstyle-type kit, and I am also buying a Fabulous-type rear bumper from Hahajoey. Saw Paul's XA at Exposed, and it just looked so good. But I also like the Fab rear, the way it flares out rather than curves under. So it's going to be somewhat unique. Will be painting it all Black Sand Pearl to match the car.

I was about to order the door handle kit but can't believe it's $13 for shipping. It cost me half that for shipping on my foglights...

I'll announce the reduced prices in this forum.

Default One more thing about carbon fiber exterior body kits

Hi everyone...

By the way, in response to an earlier post about whether the carbon fiber body kits on my website are the real thing. Yes, they is. Any item described as "carbon fiber" (as opposed to "carbon fiber look") is the same material used in race cars and on the space shuttle.

Best regards
Paul
