I saw on Toyota of Japans website that they have illuminated temperature control dials. Where can I get these? Apparently they are like 50 bucks. Here is a link, just click on the big Kanji text in the middle, then select illumination from the pop up window.

Are you talking about the crystal dials? Note that those are not fully illuminated. Only a small triangular portion will be lit when the dashboard panels are turned on at night. I have a contact in Japan that will be able to help you. Will pm you later this evening. He ships a lot of stuff to the US and charges in US$. Speaks a little English so you can email him in simnple English and picts. He will help.

Ok folks.. here is another contact in Japan. He is able to export whatever original Toyota stuff including the IST(xA) and bB (xB) stuff. Just have to give him a pict and ask for a quotation. His response is fantastic. Normally within a day or two the most. Always remember the golden rule, use SIMPLE English!! Let him know u were introduced by a Singapore guy. Hey hey, dun worry, I have got no commission!! I think his typical charges are less than 10% for handling fees.
