I saw these lights at a show and did not get to talk to the owner.

Does anyone know where I can get these headlights?

 

Those look like the JDM projectors.

Damn, That grille looks nice on white, that is JDMP imported grille, I got three of those from Japan, but only two got here safe, they are the first generatin Affection grilles, which are discontinued in 2001, Sean JDMP

Aftermarket projector headlights

(bbist's xB). I remember reading about fitment problems with those lights and lack of room inside the assemblies to do a true HID projector retrofit.

 

Does anyone currently sell those grilles? I'd pay serious cash for one... Coolest I've ever seen.

I have seen that grille on ebay before and it comes with the eye lids that cover the top part of headlights

also the headlights are on ebay too. You can't see it due to the grill, but there is a parking light on top just like on the factory TC's headlights
