Mine did this when it was newer, but it's pretty much ceased now. I've heard more than a few people say that the ground wire kit will solve the uneven idle problem, but I don't have any personal experience with it.

Ive heard the vibration comes from one of the lines( fuel line maybe) that connect through the firewall. I think you can find a tech article somewhere on here.

i doubt it's the fuel lines........i"ve noticed on alot of other cars, that when you power up the a/c or some other appliance, your RPM's will drop and sometimes cause a vibrating feel throughout the car.......I'd try a Ground Wire kit...

Im Lost, What does a GROUND WIRE do ???
I was wondering , since his is MANUAL tranny , can he be slightly ingaging a gear ?? Or having his foot riding the Clutch and Not fully in gear ??
With my AUTO , I have heard/felt a litlle Vibration ONLY when I turn the Key to start it when its cold. But then even with the BLUE light ON , its doin fine with No Problem .

Most likely because the car is cold. Once it warms up it's fine, right? In warmer weather you probably don't have the problem, right?

It should not do this though, wonky idle isn't "normal"

I doubt it's serious, but I do think the ground wire is worth looking into. Like I said, I've heard a few people say it eliminated the even idling.
