Why do people call the xb a toaster. IT looks more like a washing machine that fell on its back. That is the first thing I, and a lot of other people I talked to, thought of it. The hood is the control panel. I see no control panel on a toaster.

 

the hood is the lever you push down to start toasting....

the xB is a toaster....the H2 is the washing machine....(size matters)

 

I thought the xb looked like a toaster and the H2 looked a tall pile of sh!@.

 

i thought it looked like a milk truck (well the polar white ones at least)

 

So a friend of mine the other day asked me "So what does it want to be when it grows up?" He drives a F350. To which I replied with nary a trace of hesitation. "Whene it grows up it wants to be a mail box!" He and every guy in earshot started rolling, I got a chuckle they got a laugh its all good. I personally love my little milk truck regardless of the comments hirled in my general direction

Because "toaster" is shorter and more fun to say than "washing machine on its back."

Well better to be called a toaster then what my mom says. When I have it up on my trailer and towing it she says it looks my my truck farted and my scion is what came out.

Toaster? I dont know who started that CRAZE! but when I first saw the xB driving along the first thought that poped in my head was whoa check out that LUNCH BOX looking thing. To me it will always be a lunch box. Dont get me wrong I love my lunch box, but I just dont get toaster.

 

My 6 year old son thinks the xB looks like a mini UPS truck. Maybe Dale Jarret will race the scion???

What's surprising (though I guess it shouldn't be) is there are people so into toasters that they'd get toaster tattoos.

 

Since mine is polar white, I've always called it "The Flying Fridge" Ofcouse it's not much of a flyer, but still......
