Windshield washer tank broke off

So I was driving up in the hills of Hollywood this weekend and I drove a really poorly maintained street when I heard a lovly dragging sound. Does any one know where to buy a replacement windshield washer tank? Plus I found a plug that is broken from the carnage but cant figure out where it is supposed to go.
Any help in this matter will be appreciated

wow, that sucks

I have my old washer tank if you want it, it is not in mint condition, but you can have it, just pay shipping.
also that plug was it dark red? if it is the it would be the plug for the factory fog lights.
