Default "woah... what the hell is that?!?!"

Hey all... first I'll just say that I can't wait to get my xA RS 1.0... should be in any day this week! :D

I am a high school senior, so today in the library I decided to check out some random pictures and posts and stuff.... since I was bored.... So I decided to look at my car and stuff in pictures... and as soon as I pulled up a picture of the RS 1.0, a flock of about 10 kids came over, half of whom I didn't even know... and the common reaction was either "woah.... thats HOT, what the hell is it?!" or "dude, you're so f*ckin lucky"

I don't know about you guys, but that made me damn proud to be an owner of a Scion. Many of them knew what a Scion was, but nobody considered it to be a hot car company. I think I changed that. Scion Pride. no doubt :D

I do have to say that the XA has been the greatest conversation piece. Seems everyone knows what the XB is now. The XA is still the car that nobody nows what it is.

I'm a proud owner of the XA Black Cherry.

lets clear a few things up

1) i did not BRAG to anyone to school today, they simply saw the pictures and were spellbound

2) i dont intend on bragging

3) i was just praising scion and saying that i have pride in being a new scion owner

whatever idea someone got that i was bragging or asking for trouble is well, beyond me
oh well

scion pride, no doubt.

Bragging to me is showing someone what your parents are buying for you !! In your case a 16K car!!

Im just saying dont be surprized when someone throws a brean-burritto on your hood!!

Default ok pal

ok buddy, i didn't show anyone anything..... unfortunately you cannot get that through your head. i am very fortunate and so are several people in the area i come from. for you to tell me that im bragging is demoralizing, i am very thankful. all i was doing was looking at pictures because im very anxious. i've been waiting for months now.

but i'll worry about my hood being distorted by "bean burritos", thanks for your concern.

Talking from personal experience don't let other people know that your folks bought the car for you because there was a couple people like that at my school and everyone wanted to trash their cars because mommy and daddy could just buy them another. Nothing against you just trust me people don't know how to hide their jelousy better to just tell them about the car and not who bought it.

I love teenagers... They're so easy to annoy with those hormones raging and such. It is hard to believe we all used to be so on top of things and smart like that. I wish I was as cool as those high school seniors.
