i was wondering which generation xB's u guys like..

...depends on what you like in a car.

if you like getting over 30 mph, and jdm and a very economical people hauler, you like the first gen xb.

if you like alittle something called POWER, and lower mpg, and a nice big personal carriar, then you would like the xb2 more.

and for the most part, the first gen owners of the xb hate the new one. the owners of the new one laugh at the haters with the old one.

and it is more the same with the xa "how could that ugly xd replace my cute and totally awesome xa?"

lol im just asking what people like, i personally like the 1st one more than the 2nd..at one time, i did like the 2nd gen and hated the 1st but i changed my mind about it. 1st gen xB is too cool. i want one!

Exactly right! But if you ask the same question over in the xB2 forum the answer will be xB2.
It's a real shame that all the NOOBs don't know the history of how Scion LIED to us and how they WERE gonna make/name future vehicles.
The xB is what it is, Brilliant . The xB2 isn't a replacement xB. It's a cute ute type of vehicle that the Scion Brass named xB to try and cash in on the xB name.
Gawd, I wish Jim Farley hadn't left Scion.

That's why I always refer to my vehicle as the bB now and not the xB.

Have you tried his poll in an Unbiased playing field like the tC , xA and xD section. I really want to see the results.

I love my xB1.
I'd take an xB2 though, wouldn't buy it though.
But if I had my choice to take an xB2 or a tC it'd be the tC.

there certain things i like about the the 1st Gen and same with 2nd Gen. but the bottom line is personal preference. i was told by most people here in toronto when i bought my 1st Gen that of all the cars i've owned this particular one was definitely ME. it looks like Toyota built the car around my personality, hehehe.

as someone who used to have a Gen 1 and now has a gen 2, i will agree that they are totally different cars. they each have their points in both good and bad aspects. i love my gen 2, but i miss my gen 1.

I agree. I'd drive the heck out of one if one was given to me but I wouldn't spend a dime on mods. It would be the first vehicle I've owned that stays 100% stock.

It's simple, you are comparing a bB city car to a Corolla wagon (Rumion).

To me, the bB is much "cooler" than the Corolla Rumion.

As far as the "xB2" goes, as ugly as it is, I do like it with a 5 Axis kit, fogs, wing, drop, Navigation and 19" wheels... But that makes it a $23K car! No sense in comparing it to a bB anymore.

you really cannot compare the gen 1 and the gen 2. they are too different to be the same.
