What is up with the three foglights on the lower lip? I could say ok for just the two on the outside but whats up with the one in the middle?

why is this? my knowledge was that in ca u can have up to 7? or 9? forward facing lights lit up . with this setup that would equal 7. very ugly car tho. if i was that xb i would want to off myself for multiple reasons ,

2. i have 20s
3. the 20's are ugly
4. someone lifted me up but only by 1 inch
5. my 20's have no center caps ( i mean come one am i that un deserving?)
6. i have retarded old fart/bad taste reflectors
7.i have crappy not even walmart quality xxx floormats
8. i have flea market quality simulated faux leather/vinyl steering wheel wrap
9. having 20's makes me slow my roll
10. i'm for sale on ebay
11. people are making fun of me on the site dedicated to me and all my glory.
12. i have a generic pos looking ghetto , cheap , ugly low grade flip down dvd
13. my dvd entertainment player is under the seat

15. I have dumb lookin rubber strips of some sort on my booty
