I heard a rumor that come a few years that the cooper penny is going to be worth a lot more than the traditional xB colors because of the color changing paint. The more I see the color the more it grows on me

 

4.0 not 3.0

 

It's impossible to know for a fact what will be worth the most; you can only predict, and while the paintis a factor, it's far from the only factor.

Forinstance,there are 2,500 4.0s (and 2.0s, for that matter) compared to 2,200 3.0s and 2,100 1.0s.

I'm sure the 4.0 is going to be worth more than the "regular" colors, at leatsby a little bit, but if there's no demand, it won't be all that much, and a different xB model might beworth even more.

 

all the rs xb will have a higher resell vaule that the normal box because they are a limited edition

I'm kind of curious to see which of the four will end up worth the most.

 

imho, the rs1, hot lava will fetch the most, a very subtle and eye appealing colour, yet vibrant and out there, yellow and green, not evryone's cup of tea, and colour shifting, few people dig

 

i'm with big bird that lava will probly be the most cuz it was 1st and all, but i realy think that the 4.0 will get the most since they were the last production of the 1st gen xb off the line

I see very few lavas around here--more Rs2 and 3s. The 4s seemed to stay on the lots a long time--not sure why. The RS1 should be the most valuable as the first production year of a collectable car is usually the most expensive.

 

I agree that the RS 1.0 will be the most valuable...it was the first and it is such a cool color....my Brother-in-Law's RS 4.0 just doesn't seem to have too many unique items...just the grille and the color.
