Zeta armrest

i recently got the Zeta armrest but somehow after a week or so the rest just went down all the way instead of staying at 90deg.
Anyone encountered this and any solution? thanks.

My Zeta Armrest has operated PERFECT since day one. I am sure Zeta will take care of any problem your armrest might have.
