just as i said.. im looking for a pic of a white xb2 with the window tape removed.. i like the U shape the window tint and the window tape give my white/black xb.. but i also like what i have seen with the tape removed.. just lookin to see if anyone has it on white yet?!

 

yes i did and if you give me a day or so i will take pics for you and show you. i wasnt sure if i should do it or not so i did it any way it looks really good looks more choptop!

I think no matter what color it looks better with the tape removed from the A-pillars. I don't think removing it around the windows looks that great. The black mirror bases and the lower rubber window seals stand out big time with the tape removed. So do the gaps where the doors meet the roof and the A and C pillars. Kind of takes away the uniformity that the black tape around the windows gives....if that makes sense. But that's just me.

 

I prefer the sleek wraparound visor look given by the tape. One of the design elements carried over from the t2B that i really like. It also accentuates the silhouette of a rising beltline and a sharpley tapering roofline that starts with a razor sharp point at the front. My tape stays.

 

BSPs shouldn't have tape if they are like the 1st gen xB.

If you take it off, it looks a lot like a girl without her makeup on.

if it aint broke, don't fix it... not trying to be rude or anything, but put your damn tape back on! jk, to each his gnome... imo, it reminds me of cantilevered roofs on expensive contemporary custom homes... xB2 just a little bit closer to the future... now if i could only get those headlights with angel halos, and a tundra engine with paddle shifters!!!
