It will take awhile for someone to make one. The xB1 was a year or two old when it got to this shore and therefore already had a world of mods and accessories available.

thank you everyone for all the info. I do kind of like the way the original black bras look on the scions. it changes the look a little bit. I've had it for 3weeks and already I've got a chip in the hood from the highway driving. So I've ordered some touch up paint for it.

I literally just pulled in the driveway after getting the 3m paint protection installed on my '08 xB. They did most of the front (no headlights), the mirrors, the door edges, under the handles, behind each tire, and the top of the rear bumper (so no dings during loading). Here are a bunch of pics...

Timmer,
could you please get some closer pics of the front? I'm thinking about getting this because it could be a while before a bra is released... and I've actually never seen the clear vinyl protection in person and this is the first time I've even heard of it. It is just vinyl right? Thanks.

If you are not familiar with it, just take a look at each side of your xB2 near the lower back of each rear door. There is clear protective vinyl there and it is basically the same thing. How much does a full "bra" cost? Can't be too cheap and I wouldn't put one on if they paid me...Just my opinion. Invisible bras still let that metallic paint shine but offer some piece of mind. Hope these help but it was dark outside.
I paid $575 for front of vehicle, mirrors, top of rear bumper, all four door edges lined, all four handles covered underneath, and about 12 x 15 inches behind each tire.

Yea, I seen the pieces on the back doors, I wasn't sure if it was clear or painted. Thanks for the front pics, I'm gonna call around here today see if any one in this area can even do it. I may have to go to New Orleans to get it done.

i like the clear protectors (ie- AutoBahnd)... and they are very durable
I use to work for a dealership so I saw a car come in that got hit and it looked like the scratch went deep into the paint. The GM pulled the AutoBahnd and it was all on the plastic, the paint was perfect. Much cheaper to replace this than painting the bumper.
I'm not a fan of the black bras. You put on a bra to protect the paint and keep the car from looking ugly but the bra makes it ugly anyway

Yeah. I'm no fan of the bras either. You have to be religious about removing it when it gets wet, otherwise it'll cloud the clearcoat. It happened on a Passat of mine in two weeks. I'll never use a black vinyl bra again.

Yep, the clearbra will save your paint. I have it on my bumper and it still looks brand new. As for the hood. there's no point to get one, atleast on my car because the bra doesnt go high enough to block rock chips, LOL
