Default Cleaned up the headlights

While I replaced my lower grille decided to clear my headlights. Did it all at my parents house so I wouldn't mess up my stove

A lot easier than my previous silverado lights. 275 for ten minutes.

I didn't do a DIY because when it's hot I didn't have time to snap a pic. But you take them off. Then put then in a cooking sheet with a towel lens down at 275 at 10 minutes. This was perfect for my lights. I pryd a little on the corner and it separated really easy. Took some muscling around but I was shocked how easy it was. While the sealant was still warm I removed as much as I could from both the light lens and housing. Then there are two screws holding the chrome housing in the lens. Remove those and the lens will separate. From there I popped the amber piece out and resealed the lights.

not at all. I also changed out the corner lights to orange 194 bulbs instead of the clear.

Awesome. Thanks for the quick reply. I will be doing that too. You should get the chrome bulbs that light up amber so you can get that extreme clear look when the lights are off. (Or LED's but I'm sure the DTRL's will need resistors).

you cant see the bulbs, only when they light up. I just didnt like the white corner lights so i went with the orange.
