Hey im looking at Leds right now on ebay and i typed in 194 Leds and i get some leds with a bunch of different numbers too I also see T10 in the mix also. Will LEDS that say T10 work also? and what are some sites i can get some cheap purple Leds from? Thanks!

 

also is there a certain voltage that i should follow also? Im totally new to Lighting and Electronics.

 

Oh well I bought some t10/194 Purple Leds from ebay paid 5 bucks for em, they are dc12v it said. I hope i got the right ones, they shipped from California.

 

Are you talking about the little lights above the turn signal light? if you are I got these from Oznium.com... http://www.oznium.com/194 they look good. At first I went with some LED's from eBay but they were short lived they started going out within 2 weeks. Oznium gives you 365 days warranty.

 

Ugh i got confused with ozniums site, if these blow I'll end up spending another 5 for new ones, should have just gotten oznium but they don't have purple

 

You might want to check you vehicle code for Nevada on those purple lights. I know here in California they would be an invite for a ticket.

 

Not planning on using 'em all the time, just switching for meets and stuff, lol but I don't worry too much, cops here don't care for: tinted windows and colored lights just as long as it isn't red or blue. We got so many people running purple fogs around.

do they have red in leds? and is it possible to rewire the lights on my 2011 xb to where the lights above the blinker dont stay on, but turn on when i want them to lol any1 know? pm me pleasee

 

all i know is you can leave them off but when you turn on your headlights they stay on. all im planning to do is just change em up everytime i go to a meet. who knows i may leave em purple if they arent too bright.

Okay so I got my purple LEDs in today, they looked cool, looked like right side was a bit high, oh well, I showed my dad he was cool with it, then I showed my mom she didn't like it so I just took 'em off, I'll put 'em back on this weekend for the scikotics meet. I do have a question though, I can tremember whether the original bulb was a little loose or tight, right now they feel a bit loose. Please let me know If they were like this or if it's due to the new bulb.

wow thats pretty bright. i like how the '11 has the DRL separate from the turn signal.

 

If you order get the LEDs that go front and around also, like the box looking one, it'll have more light. when these go out I'm going to get the ones that light all around not just forward. Btw these are 6 LEDs in a bulb
