grill material--enough air flow??
I found this piece of steel & mabey want to use it for a grill IF, & I mean IF you all think that I wont have any air flow problems with the material.
Here's a close up of the holes.. Do you'se think that I will need more air flow than what is there now??
If you do, then does anyone know of a 'flow jet' cutting place that I can get a design cut into this peice after I get it shaped to fit.. thanks.... jh

What's that I smell? Oh, I know... it's a guinea pig!
You might try to find a piece of perforated steel with slightly larger holes to play it safe, or just cut it & mount it before cleaning and coating, to test out the cooling ability. If your xB overheats, this size hole won't work.

air flow
Even thought eh material is small and you can see through it, I would think that it would not provide the correct air flow. Now there might be enough airflow around it (not sure if your going to cover the whole grill or just the center) but based upon my experience with that sort of stuff on planes, it usually causes air flow problems.
