I want to get rid of the one reverse light on my gen2 and put in new taillights that have them on both sides, but I have no idea of how to go about it>

all it takes is a lot of money. unless you can do the work yourself you'd need to modify the rear bumper to cover the existing hole. then either make new tail lights (i doubt modifying would work since you'd need to cutout a peice for a clear section) and finally mess w/ the wiring to get it to work.
is it worth it?
in my opinion, no
