Default hood damper that works with carbon fiber hood!!

I know that redline has had these hood dampers out for a while now but I never realized it works with a carbon fiber hood. before i buy this is there anyone who has installed this on a cf hood. I have the Seibon DV hood. The only one ive seen is NoLimitz but he did some custom stuff with NRG dampers. these are links to product:

Im afraid the pressure is too strong and will cause some possible damage to hood. someone has to have these on a cf hood . . .

im curious about this as well. just bought another CF hood thats getting painted now, so i have some time to get these if they'll actually work without damaging the hood.

just for comparison, i am using the stock dampers with my CF hatch. IMO, the pressure is too much for it. darn thing flies up when opened, and firmly shut. its okay as long as im holding onto it.

i just dont want the same thing happening if i get the hood dampers... but theyre real purty...

*edit*

after searching redline's stock, i believe they only make the low pressure dampers for 2nd gen good for you guys though!

I'm surprised I never did an update when I got these like 5 years ago... These hood dampers are awesome. No issues with carbon hood, everything installed easy, looks nice and works great. I've had these now for almost 5 years, freaking awesome.

Default Hood dampeners

Hey I just bought a G2xB and I was wondering if I could add these dampeners to my stock hood I hate the Hockey stick method always made me feel like they could have done better. would they work with a stock hood?
