Default MV Designz Lip Kit

anyone have this kit? its hard to tell what it will look like on a less modified car in an oem color. Id love to see more pictures im not 100% sold on it. $1200 is kind of steep but this may be the only time we can get a lip kit for our 2011-2012 rides...

i thought this kit was just a concept and not a production product, where did you find a dealer for them?

^you can contact them to re-make the kit IIRC. its not in production but if someone has interest and is willing to pay they'll knock out another one.

They posted on their facebook page last week that they will now be making them to order for those that want them until August when they begin focusing on SEMA.

I messaged them and they said $1200, price is so high because all made and test fitted in house, they wont put them in production because Scion hasnt sold enough 11-12s

Too bad about the price, because that looks pretty good.

I don't think 1200 is high at all. I mean the five axis kit is what like around 900? for 1200 your getting a sick looking limited edition kit that really barely anyone else would have. if I had a +11 this would be my first mod in a heartbeat

I really like the kit, but once I noticed that the front and rear pieces are both two pieces (one for the left side, one for the right), I can't help but notice that it doesn't go all the way across. The gap there kills it for me. If it were one solid piece I think it would look much better.

Is that for front rear and side skirts, or just front lip?

yes from what i understand $1200 is for all pieces.

Price isnt that bad, most kits are like $1000 and if i recall the five axis was higher when it first came out.

Im very tempted because this is probably the only chance us 11-12 owners will ever have to get a lip kit, but i too wish it was one piece in the front and back...

Thanks that is what I ment, for all six parts isn't that bad. Do you know if that is paint matching price? Really something to think about cause its real hard finding after market parts for 011/12, it sucks.

Not a bad price if it's urethane. If it's fiberglass, pass.

I wrote them and this is what I got

"Price for the 6 piece lip kit is $1200. Kit includes 2 fronts, 2 rears, and to sideskirts, which is made of high quality fiberglass and guaranteed excellent fitment unlike cheap China made kits out on the market. Ours are made in house and test fitted before it ships. Kit is available now, but we are only doing a limited production."
