I have the same billet grill (just installed it this morning) I got mine off an ebay store I think (dealerprops) is the company I got it from. A link was posted in the forums in another topic somewhere. It is a fairly good quality grill and fits perfect.

You totally remove the factory top grill and it fits over the existing bottom grill. They have them in versions for with or without the factory fog lights.

Is this something that just zipties in, or does it bolt in?

It bolts on top using the existing holes (a couple new brackets) for the top grill and then metal brackets clamping to the top lip of the bumper.

The bottom grill uses metal brackets and screws to clamp itself to the existing grill in place. After install it seems to hold pretty damn snug. I am going to be checking it over the next couple weeks or so to see if it comes loose at any of the connections.

On a side note, I got the wrong mounting hardware for my lower grill. (I modified them to the way the brackets are supposed to be) so hopefully this was just a one time case and not the norm for the future orders out there.

Does the top cover from the factory grill still fit on top of this one?

I really love the look of those.

Autoanything- Has them in stock in three color choices. I've been seriously considering the black version but I'm torn the chrome is very classic and clean looking.

Been trying for decent pix but no luck really. Top are L brackets connecting Top of grill to Frame underneath Cowling whch is snap on snap off. Lower brackets are Tabs that go BEHIND existing grill and screws that attach to brackets. 2 Top 2 Lower on bottom. Simple to do just a little tricky holding Tabs from the back while attaching screws on bottom though.

It's so much better than that crappy OEM 'circles' grille.

There are other options to get this same grill. I think there are a couple truck grill websites out there that sell this new billet grill. HOWEVER, the price was WAY more. They charged over 120 for each of the two grills, not for both combined.
