Default New Mobile HID H4 Slim Ballast Having an Issue

So I got a set of these new Mobile HID slim Ballast for my other car. The bulb size is a H4. I came here cause I know a lot of you guys know about lighting and about the company. I plugged everything in right but im only able to get the High beams to turn on but the low beams wont. Any suggestions?

I email Mobile HID last week he replied to me but it was pretty late at night and he said he would contact me the next day to help me. But that was last week and I emailed him a few times after that with no reply. Just figured its the holiday season and im sure hes pretty busy.

well the bulb for the low beams
is H11
so if you have H4 plugged in that could be why its not working

Read before you post.

OP, do the slim ballasts have to be grounded? Maybe that's the problem.

The hid kit you have, does it have a separate high beam or is it a single bulb that moves up and down for high/low beam function?

H4 is a dual filament bulb and the mobilehid is not dual filament so you lose the high beam. most HID kits for the H4 lose the high beam and only some kits have a dual filament bulb where there is a halogen highbeam and HID low beam.. dont ask me where to find these kits cause i forgot

it's has 2 bulbs. The way it set up is
Ballast with 2 wires coming out of it
Hid light bulb with high beam with a harness of wires coneccted to it
The harness has 3 sets of wires
1 plug to connect to factory harness
1 wire that goes to the hid
1 set of wire with 2 connectors that also goes to the hid
Nothing else.
I don't see a set of wires anywhere for + and -
So assumed it still getting power from the factory plug

Yes the new slim digital mobile hid kits are plug n play getting there power from your stock harness the protection for your stock wires is built in to the kit instead of using a relay. and Mobile hid does sell the H4 kit with the halogen high beam included. Cant wait to install my set in my "Zenki's"
Did you unhook battery before install could have blown a fuse?
check connections make sure there together all the way
Did you connect to the stock harness on both sides (old relay set only needed one side plugged in)

i re-read the OP and i understand your prob. it only turns on with the highbeam switched on. that means that the HID ballast gets power from the hi-beam wire. that is the trade-off for H4. you lose either low beam or hibeam. alternatively can you show us a pic of the setup? maybe that will help us trouble shoot

robox - i think I know what's wrong with your setup. it takes 2 seconds to fix and a small tiny screwdriver.

please give me a call at 480.329.2175

thanks!
