my edges look like they were cut with Michael J Fox's scissors but i got it to work.

Bumper Overlay

I'm going to do something similar to this. I've had black, I'm on grey primer now. (where the overlay would go). and I've become bored with that. So, since I have the tools, I am going to make bumper caps, similar to the one available, (made of carbon fiber) for the Gen2 on Fastscions.com, out of sheet metal. I am then going to paint them different colors/patterns. You will just have to see them once I finish them. I am going to use industrial strengh velcro to hold them on to the front bumper. It's going to be different, and super BA.

i'm getting mine soon. any tips on how to not mess this up? prep teps and application tips? im notorious for messing up stickers

use a blow dryer to keep the vinyl warm. dont cut the edges until its all on. clay bar before applying. i had never done it before and i like how mine turned out.

"Clay-bar"ing your car is a must for anyone who takes pride in their car. LOL besides, when you run your hand along the paint afterwards and feel it's silky smooth goodness... you'll never detail your car without it again.
