Default RUMION Rear Spoiler- Just installed on my NBM xB (Pics)

My Christmas gift was a Rumion spoiler. I ordered it from Carson Toyota (newscionparts.com).

I installed it on Wednesday and love it! I used the TRD mounting templates and drilled just the two outer holes. The spoiler came painted and matches great. I had to find 2 bolts to attach it with, because it came with no hardware.

Check it out:

When you get yours, Mike, just take it into the hardware store with you & fit it for bolts right in the store!! I bring stuff in there all the time to fit stuff BEFORE I buy hardware.. good luck with your install..... jh

if you wanted the bolts, you would!! I know i would & have done so with larger things.... They dont care.. unless you want to go & buy an assortment of many sizes, then you'lll have tons of left overs.. may as well just buy the ones you need.. jh

Rats.. now i cant say im theony one with the rumion wing..

Mines came with all the bolts.. and mounting kit.. uses the same holes as the usdm wing.

I guess when i ordered it from Japan they knew i would need all the hard wear for it.

Congrats!!! let see more of these JDM wings..

I do like the rumion wing compared to the one the US got.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm really happy with the way this spoiler looks. Definitely more subtle than the TRD, and there won't be many of them around.

Here are a couple of pics from the rear:

my wing finally arrived! it is surprisingly light actually. and mine came with mounting parts and a manual! unfortunately i cant read japanese but from what i can understand from the pictures, it installs with two bolts, two plastic clips, and some 3M tape!

gotta find someone to paint this hypnotic teal mica for cheap!

more pics on flickr! on a side note, i sorta regret that i didnt get white cause the depth of this paint is beautiful!

I'm not a big fan of this wing vs the US version. But one thing that I do like about it over the US wing is that the bottom of the wing where it fits to the vehicle stops before the window. That's nice.
