Default For those w/ 5Axis kit...

So, I just finished installing my lip kit on the new XB on my driveway. I'm still blown away by the looks of it. The quality is 10x better than what I dealt with the Wings West front lip on my Prelude. But my question is how low are you all planning on dropping it/ dropped? As soon as I finish I pull out of my driveway and I'm already scraping (straight). I'm still on stock springs and rims. I plan for some 19"s and at least a 2" drop, but by how low the kit is already do any of you have that much trouble getting around as well?

that must be one steep driveway
i'm dropped on TRDs and riding on 20s -- have only scrapped once or twice
but that was loaded with 4 people in the xB2

and yes, the fitment of the 5axis kit is perfect
props to Troy for designing the kit , and kaminari for building it

I can imagine that it would not take that steep of a driveway to scape the 5Axis kit with the car lowered.
I have scraped a couple of times with the TRD springs installed without the 5Axis kit.

I got the Five Axis kit and dropped on trds and I haven't scraped yet. But I drive real carefully ,I'm sure If i drove it more agressively I would easliy scrape.

if it were a little cheaper i'd get it but those $1200 could be better used for dubs..

i think a key thing is how you drive...if you're an aggressive driver you're gonna f up your kit fast..but if you're cautious i think you should be able to get around with minimal scarping even with the TRD springs.

You can get the kit from your dealer only at this point and it's not painted. Usually people are paying 12-14 hundred for the unpainted kit so expect to pay 2-4 hundred i think to have it painted but the install you can do your self. There are pics somewhere here of other installing the kit themselves. Hope that helps
