Default Touchup paint

It's less than 1k miles and I already have a huge scratch on my c pillar (I suspect this was from the dealer because I found it when I only had 200 miles). The scratches is a vertical scratch with 3 vertical lines... can't really see it unless the sun shines onto it.

Anyway, I got a ding on my front bumper (from people backing up to me) and a little chip on my rear bumper and it scratched off the paint. Is it a good idea to touch up the rear bumper or just leave it as is?

It will not hurt it to touch it up. It is plastic so not touching it up will not hurt it either. I would opt for touchup so the chip doesn't show as much

Yeah--touch it up. Those bumpers are pretty soft.

I have a gen 2. The gen2 avatar wasn't available beforehand.

Any special techniques to apply the paint? Where's the best place to get the touch up paint? Dealership?

Any word on finding matching touch up paint? I drive about 200 highway miles a day and here in Louisiana they don't clean the damn interstate system, so I have about 15-20 chips on the bumper and hood. I need to find some touch up paint before I put the clear bra on... should get that before the end of Aug.

Go to paintscratch.com that is where I get alot of stuff for my business and check color codes. I do believe that they sell it. Just type in your info. Also the dealers should have some touchup paint for them.

best way to tuch up is by the touch up paint from the dealer and then get a match use the bottom end of the match not the part u light up and dip it into the paint not too much and apply thats what i learned from a shop usually they use that or a small feather like brush the one for the dealer its too big and too messy when applied it comes out nice from my experience....
