those black things that connect to the fake vents on the front?

Cant find those yet Those are 5 axis fog lights been looking for them since a long time talked 2 5 axis and told me that they should be in production but havent herd nothing since

I thought those were for the concept only. I like them too. I havent seen them for sale anywhere but I know for a fact that Scion doesnt offer them. =o(
