Still waiting on WeatherTech lol. Damn those people, I need to email them back for an update. I think it's been 6-7 weeks now.

Yah the autoventshades are tape on. I just wanted a temporary solution until weathertech accurately states their restock date.
But I tested them in the rain yesterday and they work great.

Unfortunately Weathertech only lists a Clear Set for an '08 xB. Anywhere that has a DARK 4 piece set for an '08 xB?

Um i dont feel it would do any type of damag to the car in any way may just a little glue mark if anything but can proble just wash it off.
Well here is another warm Welcome , And your def gonna like it here
they are on the weathertech site when you look up our 08 xb...imo the inchannel ones decrease the overall window size and are too expensive when compared to the avs ones that stick th the frame of our window leaving its overall shape and size intackt...also being 55 shipped is a great deal!

Thats a lot better than 300 for rumion ones, they may not be as dark. But the pricing is just right.

BUT, the AVS & the other ones...... shoot.I forget the name, but there is another thread on here that the guy showed his....... they are dark & he got them from his dealer..NON-Rumions. for under 65 bucks too no less.....
Goood luck with your decisions.. I bucked up months ago & got me some Rumion & i am glad i did.. I like their look over any one elses... jh[
Evening All,
I've had a set of Weathertech's on order since mid-May, with a delivery date of early July.
I called to check the order on last Thursday - Got a hold of a very helpful guy named "Derek."
My order was planned to ship in two weeks because of delay's from their supplier in Germany(!). But here's the deal....
Derek told me the vent shades I ordered were the light tint, and he asked me if I wanted to change my order to dark tint to go better with my Super White with the carbon window trim. The dark tint was not available when I placed my order, so I had him switch my order.
The expected delivery from their supplier for dark tint is end-of-July.
They have 200 sets coming - Enough to fill all current back-orders for dark tint that they have.
So check it out - You might be able to get the dark tint from the end-July shipment.
