Default Would you buy a fiberglass rumion conversion kit?

if you were able to buy a fiberglass rumion conversion kit for less than the original price.. would you guys buy it? a friend of mine wanted me to make this poll because he was kind of curious if he should make the rumion kit with added lip as part of the bumper, or maybe even stock.. what do you guys think?

Questions? Comments?

Although its a bad thing usally for knocked off.. this would be a good thing becuase from there it would be easier to modifiy and make a custom front bumper that i really need to finish my project..

I would only use the bumpers to hack up if a fiberglass kit was availible

I would rather have my metal fenders than fiberglass ones. I have excellent fitment with the factory Rumion parts and I would hate to see a fiberglass version poorly done. Cheap isn't always better sometimes.

I agree with Marshall though about the front bumper. That could be helpful.

i have seen a lots of those drifter guys with their fiberglass fenders, i dont see anything wrong with it.. as long the fitment is good, that is fine with me...i would do it..

As long as they are flexable and the fit is close to perfect.. Ive had fiberglass kit that cracked way too easy and it was a pain getting it repaired and seen alot of kits that required bondo as a filler...

I would pay the extra $$$ for quality

plexable mean something that is like Poly or ABS, some of those wholesaler are online are claim their products are duraflexable fiber glass or flexable fiber glass, i dont think there are any fiber glass that doesnt cracked or break. I think those are gimmick..

things like duraflex is fiberglass minus the material that makes them harden. Meaning over time they will deteriorate and crumble or crack apart especially when exposed to sunlight.

yup u are right..so don't think duraflex, flexable fiberglass or any other fancy names are better, they are worst than original fiberglass.
