2012 xB P0741 error code?

2012 xB P0741 error code?
My xB currently has 40,000 miles and while accelerating onto the highway the CEL came on followed by the traction control light. It seems to drive normal and this is the code the local Autozone pulled. They said its either
Torque converter clutch solenoid or low transmission fluid. I don't notice any fluids on the garage floor so I'm thinking it's the solenoid. I bought my xB used with 38000 miles on it few months ago.
If it ends up being the solenoid would this be covered under the powertrain warranty?

Best bet is to ask toyota dealer first before you bring it in about warranty
