Default BAE Cat Back Exhaust

Has anyone heard of this company BAE Turbo Systems. They have a cat back system for our car. Check it out.

Waay too much money for an exhaust. I'd rather get a muffler shop to custom make one for less than half that price.

It's the same picture shown on the CXRacing site, and it's the same diameter too. Something is very fishy here.

It's a shame there isn't a true catback exhaust yet.

Well what I'm looking for is a full exhaust (from header all the way back). Judging by the pics, the Magnaflow isn't that.

I dont have a full system yet but I do have a custom dual exhaust starting from the bracket right after the scuba. I was thinking about adding the WeaponR 4-2-1 header/S-pipe combo to complete my setup. I wonder how loud its gonna be without the cat/muffler . . .

You guys nailed it. Look at the turbo kit it is the same kit as the cxracing. Either this is cxracing trying to make people think thier kits are more legit by charging more, or someone is trying to bank off cheap parts.

The magnaflow isn't a true catback because it's not an exhaust from the FIRST cat to the back, and the CXRacing/BAE one isn't a true catback because they are basically like the eBay catbacks. Probably crappy welds, "okay" fitment, low quality glasspack mufflers, and no real thought put into them. They don't even have catalytic converter replacements on them. On a car with two catalytic converters, no cat replacement is BAD. The 3 inch piping isn't really a good idea for N/A guys anyway, and not cause of the whole "backpressure" myth (yes, it's a BIG myth, but people are never going to be convinced otherwise so there's no point in discussing it here), but because of sound. Piping THAT big on a naturally aspirated car is going to be LOUD, especially with those poor excuses of a resonator and muffler.

The eBay exhaust system that I have is a true s-pipe back. It deletes the cat in the scuba tank but leaves the cat in the header.

The eBay exhaust system is well worth the money. Ive been running it for around 5 months now and still love it. No problems are all!
