i don't know how to read your chart, but my maf did break down on me on my xA. engine light is on, car doesn't suck in enough air, it chokes, it turns off by itself if you leave it on without tapping the gas. hope this info helps in some way haha.

I hate to say it but you're probably maxing out your MAS. It's a 5v sensor that reads 3.9V max stock (160bhp) and 4.5V at ~250bhp. I have a Palmer ScanXL Pro data log from a 14.28 sec 1/4 mile run where my max airflow was 170gps. Back when I still had my FIC installed I could log MAS voltage and the same 170gps setup maxed at 4.5V so 220gps seems like a reasonable limit for the oem MAFsensor.

Seems to me that you either need a larger MAF pipe to extend the oem MAS' limits and a re-tune or a MAP sensor that can take over once the MAS volume is exceeded. Good luck.

FWIW I looked through some other scan logs and it appears that my peak MAF is ~200gps at only 6 psi boost. The slow sampling rate of the scan tool accounts for it only reading 170gps on that one log. It's good to know that my MAS is almost maxed out. No point in even trying to add any boost without some major setup changes.

Good luck with everything.
