Default Which exhaust should i get?

Ok so i ordered my Tanabe DF210s and i want to match my aftermarket parts. now i was wondering which exhaust to get. should i get the Medallion Touring:

or should i wait until the Concept G one comes out? Did anyone have this on their TC? I figured since it had the same motor it would give me a rough idea of how it sounded. Any help would be much appreciated.

I did the same thing last spring. Tanabe df210s and Medalion touring exhaust. The exhaust has a low tone and almost no sound at idol but sounds great at 3-6k rpm and has no rasp at highway speeds its a good everyday exhaust. Mine is on a 06 5-speed but I would expect the same noise levels from a 2.4 with little more rumble.

you should get the loudests most raspiest exhaust that drones at highway speeds and has a maxwell house coffee can coming out at the end with flimsy exhaust hangers so it shakes around like the tail of a happy dog and fits right up against the bumper so it melts the paint. WORD!

Personally... I don't think there's an exhaust out there that looks a clean as the TRD axleback does. The tip just seems to "fit" the xB perfectly. Now I know that the major beef with it has been how quiet it is when you put it on... so just do what I did and remove that HUGE forward resonator, putting a glasspack in its place. I did a 15" glasspack myself and I think it sounds great! A good, midrange sound... not too loud, not too quiet. If you want it louder, a smaller glasspack will do the trick... quieter, a larger one.

The other benefit is having the rest of the exhaust tubing re-done to be a full 2.5" all-the-way through, metting up with the 2.5" piping that the TRD axleback has. Stock, the car has like 1.75" coming out of the back of the stock resonator (ouch!!).

Better performance, better sound, AND great looks. :D

Now I know there's a catalytic converter inside that huge, stock resonator... so keep in mind that doing what I've done would NOT be emissions legal.

I took off that big pre cat and went from the s-pipe 2.5 piping all the way too the axle back and installed 2 resonators to get flow and a nice tone
