Default I learned somehing new today

I just learned that if u hold down the vsc button, u can permenantly turn it off! (untile u restart the car)

I always pressed the button and it was always annoying how vsc came back on after 30mph.

I can think of one reason...To avoid death!!!

I was a dealer show and was leaveing. I saw an chance to pull out with on coming traffic but would require a quick take off. As I turned and began to take off, the VSC prevented me from xlr8ing. I wound up with my foot pegged to the floor and no go...and a full size Dodge truck on my a$$....the thing is good in wet conditions, but it sucks any other time. I turn my off everytime I need to.

I have had that happen twice to me. Same thing exactly so now the first thing i do when i get in is turn that thing off. Where i live there is no need for it. Rains maybe 12 times a year if that.
