idles high

idles high

I put a short ram intake on my car and now when the engine is cold it idles around 1500 till it warms up. Has anyone seen this or have a clue how to fix it? I already did a ECM reset and that didn't fix it.

i think its pretty normal for scions to do that,a sri wouldnt affect the idle,if its really cold out,might idle little higher then normal,

It idles at 1500 to 2000 RPMS, I let it idle for 5 mintues and its fine.

I believe toyotas in general have a higher idle on a cold start. It's normal, your fine. My tC did the exact same thing before and after an intake.

yup your fine,it does that to warm up quicker,
