Default New Clutch Question

Okay so i purchased a stage 4 clutch for someone on this site. The clutch was used but it looked brand new. Anyways i did the install last weekend and started driving on the new clutch and i was just wondering if where the clutch use to engage would now be different. It seems as though i have to go pretty far down to the floor to get the clutch to engage. Does this seem correct? Did i maybe not bleed the clutch well enough? Thanks.

You will probably have to adjust the actual pedal. I had someone do my clutch, so I couldn't help you with how to do it, do some searching.

the engage point should be the same the only difference would be is that the clutch will be stiffer, you might have to do some ajustments
