Would you see if you can snap and post pic of clearance of sensor from #3 tube, please.
Thanks.
No it went right in. The clearance is pretty tight though. It's almost touching the metal shoulder. I actually wrapped a little bit of heat shield tape at the end of the wires where it meets the shoulder of the sensor. I know the sensor is designed to withstand extreme heat conditions, so hopefully it holds up being so close to the header tube.

Looks good! Now wrap it up wth some of this! (DEI titanium exhaust wrap). Been running it on my xb2 header for a year, with no rust or anything, DRAMATICALLY reduced underhood temps though. You don't wet it before putting it on, so no chance of rust.

That header is awfully pretty, imagine how much nicer it will look with each pipe wrapped individually..*drool*...
Thanks for the suggestion. Looks nice...

My Tsudo Scuba delete is out for delivery with Fed Ex, so I will be installing it later today. I'll start a new thread with a sound clip and post the link here...

Really curious how the header with the scuba delete sounds. I'm planning on running my custom axleback with all of this. if it's loud, I don't mind. I just don't want it to be raspy.

Would wrapping the S-pipe with the cat be a good idea?

If I didn't need the scuba to keep my boost pressure from going haywire, I would definitely look into this giant resonator replacement.

I wonder if it will burn out over time or not?

Sounds great in the video!!

Yes, there is quite a difference between the 2, especially with the weight...

I went for a drive tonight and it definitely feels faster and I can actually hear my downshifts now...

By burn out, I meant the fiberglass packing in the resonator that replaces the scuba actually "burning out", like so many flow through mufflers do.

Sorry to sound like a debbie downer, I'm glad to see a decent replacement for the oem scuba!

Just an update. I'm still loving it! I finally figured out how to keep the traction control off (hold the button in for like 5 secs.). I was rolling in 1st gear at about 5 mph and floored it and actually did a rolling burnout. The power increase is fun...

Plus I just added the TRD shocks and struts to go with my TRD springs, strut tower brace, rear sway bar, and Tanabe under brace. The cars RAILS now and is so fun to drive...
