short shifter
FWIW -- The TRD provides about a 30% reduction in fore-aft shift throw, no reduction in side-to-side, and leaves the **** height stock (kinda high). The in-cabin short shifter provides less total shift reduction (roughly 14%), but that includes a side-to-side reduction that matches the fore-aft (preserving stock shift balance), plus it moves the **** height down to a more comfortable position. It's a very different feel from the TRD and is darned nice to drive.
