Would love to do the Brian Crower stroker kit- From 2.4L to 2.6L but feel that will be over kill for a street car and my wallet.

Soo Corey. How is that turbo working out for you? When was the last time you drove your car? And just how much have you spent so far? I would go for 40Hp and a slight swoushing sound for 3K, over 5K in parts for something thats been sitting in my garage for the last 6 months.

True that, but California has strick emission laws. Supercharger is a nice was to add power and have a carb sticker for it. not just that but a lot of people just want bolt ons. If you know your sh*t you can make more than 230 with the s/c. Having a turbo in California especially on a dd is risky. Thats why i dont have one. Playing with fire, not good. Believe me if it wasnt that bad out here i would have been boosting a long time ago.

 

Hey TRDPaul..Seeing the pic of your car, is that the same one I've seen on the SE Hawaii forum site? I tried joining the forum but for some reason cannot. I wanted to ask where you go that front grille done? I plan on buying the TRD supercharger and would LOVE to be able to buy the grille I see on the white XB -I'm in NYC so not alot of boxes here,especially mods -as they say -imitation is the highest form of flattery. I just moved from Queens NY after liveing there 25 years, Now in Sunny Miami Florida the Scion CAP of the world , there all over the place. When i got my xB2 Last year i was the only person who had one and the only modded one at that in queens. Def was all alone LOL

The TRD CF Grill i beleave is the only one of its kind, Im trying to get my stock xb grill done in CF and change all the badges to JDM badges.

One of the guys on the forums has a guy that does CF and look's awsome.

 

DrewxB08- don't tell me you lived in Queens bro????? and for 25years???? i've been living in Queens for just about my whole life (did a 3year stint in Pennsylvania-hated it-but not prison..haha) -sold the house and came back homesick for NY!! I would've loved to have seen your car in the flesh..I'm about to pull the trigger on a supercharger -according to TRD about 65 left in the US of A-and once gone no more blowers!! I just had the TRD muffler,TYC rear tailights,XM,Sport Sterring wheel and remote starter put on yesterday..I've been finding everything at least 50% off or more from dealer prices..and dealer in Bayridge gave me a fair price to do install!! If you know how I can contact the person(s) who can mod the grille in CF, I would love to reach out to them, although I might look to keep the Scion badge as opposed to the Rumion one. The only reason i haven't bought the SC is cuz I'd hate to buy one now for around $3400 and then price drop w/in a few months to around $2800...Ilove a deal as much as my XB.I fyou're looking for accessories i found a few, and a great one in wisconsin that has some really good prices -although from the looks of ur car -I'm sure you got alot in there already. Yea Man, Was Born and raised in East NY, Moved to Flushing / Bayside Queens when I was 12 and lived there till I turned 25 in DEC 08 and had to leave do to family matter's at the start of 2009. I Def want the TRD charger but dew to hard time's cant shell out $3400 as much as I would love to. I'm sure they can do a better price at this point I mean come on TRD has to sell them some time.



Def some great mod's to start with.

Man I'm always looking for a deal for the xB def pass some info to me sometime.

Wanted to let you know that I LOVE the LED rear tailights..make such a difference on the looks of the car, and the same goes for the Sport Steering wheel. Bayridge dealer did a nice job installing everything..just ordered today the BLU LOGIC handsfree phone system for the car, NYPD cracking down big time on violators-figure this way once installed I can never say I forgot my bluetooth-plus I'm not a fan for some reason, seems like the rest of the world is. Sweeeeet!!! I never heard of NIA..til now...that's waht happens when u get older-out of the loop!! I'm gotta get some and i will the NIA ones are fair amount cheaper than the ones by forjworks..but both are nice. I on the fence about buying the 5 Axis kit..a set on sale from longo in Cali but i worry that with my ride already low (TRD lowering springs) and the jacked up roads here in NYC , I'll end up scraping,cracking,etc the front lip. But damn the price is not bad..also i'm holding onto my $$ trying to see if the S/C comes down a bit more in price -had spoken with Ken@trdsparks who told me no but there had ben one for $3100 from this dealer in Milwaukee..sold out! Also..have a ? -any tips for the interior..don't know about you but I find the inside of my car getting nicked/scuffed up ever so slowly, any tips? I plan on -fingers x'd- someday having the interior of my car customized..leather seats,heat warmers and have some material put over the interior panels as i find the inside to be cheap quality. I spoke to someone in toyota and told me after TRD S/C discontinued stock seemed to disappear immediately out of their system. Said there a fairly decent chance Toyota will discount TRD S/C...i have the $$$ for one but will feel like a big dope if i pay retail and then price drops couple hundred w/in a few months..and in case anyone wants/knows..5 Axis body kit currently on sale..i want one of those 2 but i think pricemight drop from current amount of $955. If anyone has both or either one of those and for a fair price pm me. Later.....Scychotic 4 Life!!!

Yo Drew...Five Axis on sale from Longo Toyota-Scion in Cali..free shipping too.. i was gonaa buy it but i got a feeling that the body kits might go down a bit more..maybe bottom out between $700-$850..and being that i want the S/C and they are discontinued..I'll wait. Just ordered a shark fin antenna from a company called Garage visual-i'm sure you've probably heard of them. had been wanting one and now was the time. See that you list leather interior in ur ride -delaer installed aftermkt or what??Is it custom job or a kit like Clazzio or 5 Axis? i definitely want leather in my ride but want something that won't crack or fade..which happened w/my BMX 328 some yrs back..but was great in my last car-a Volkswagen Passat -go figure. Also want to add heated seats since it's getss mad cold up here in NY as u know. I'm also looking for big brake kits for the front 7& rear..only company i found that makes both is K-Sport, but i'm not crazy about the slotted only rotors and choice of caliper colors (black or orange). If TRD had a front and back BBK I would buy it..i think the front only look will appear kinda weak..so where I was going to buy from TRD i decided not to....maybe Brembo will come out with something or Stoptech. Give a shout...when u can

Yea the TRD break kit is weak to me its half fast!!! front and no back thats just wack to me and the k-sport is just a little too $$$$ for me.
